The Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering (Integration and Inclusion Agency) works throughout Flanders for a society in which everyone, regardless of origin or background, has equal opportunities. The AGII provides, among other things, courses in integration & social orientation and lessons in Dutch for non-native newcomers. They are also the largest organizer of social interpreting and translation in Flanders. Since September 2021, I have been certified as a social translator-interpreter with the AGII. Thus through them I support among others OCMW, CLB, CAW, schools and hospitals by translating texts and interpreting conversations.
