Irma Stegmann was an e-mobility management trainee at ENGIE in 2020. Irma is Dutch and was transferred to ENGIE’s French-speaking department in Paris in the summer of that year. She didn’t yet feel entirely comfortable speaking French and so came to me for French lessons. I put together a programme of around 15 tailor-made classes, focusing on her areas for improvement: writing skills and grammar.
